The TEAM COREY Fundraising Committee set a goal of $100,000 to help with the costs of Corey's medical expenses.
We are proud to announce that as of September 9, 2006 we raised
$53,255.00!
Although we did not reach our goal we are very thankful for the support from the community. The family has ongoing medical expenses and a growing debt that sits at approx. $200,000 today.
Corey's Ulcerative Colitis and Immune System treatments are very expensive and not yet available in Canada - these conditions and treatments are the reasons for his continued need to travel to the USA. As Corey's condition is in the 'management' stage - as we have been told by doctors that we have healed his system and prevented cancer in the new future for Corey!!
HISTORY OF TEAM COREY: TEAM COREY was a volunteer group of individuals who have joined together to help a special 5 year old boy, Corey.
Corey is suffering with the physical and neurological damage caused by Acquired Autism also described as Mercury Poisoning. Subsequent to Corey's three month immunization he suffers from a range of problems including: brain damage, severe ulcerative colitis, acid reflux, a damaged immune system, asthma, severe allergies, insomnia, chronic diarrhea, heavy metal poisoning and all the social, behavioural and communication delays and issues that we commonly label as 'autistic'. It has taken three years, many doctors and over $100,000 to diagnose the full range of physical and neurological destruction and damage that this boy endures daily. | COREY'S PLACE

| Corey has been receiving specialized biomedical and neurological testing and treatments aimed at stopping the damage, repairing and balancing all his affected organs and bodily systems. His team of doctors have extensive experience with children like Corey and they are proud to have many Recovered children among their 'graduated' patients.
The financial cost to repair and rebalance all the organs and bodily systems damaged by the mercury, antibiotics and bacteria overgrowth will be daunting - our conservative estimate is a total cost of $350,000 CDN. This cost includes the medical expenses that have already been incurred from 2002 to the Summer of 2006.
